The France consular mission accepts a medium-of-instruction letter in place of a test certificate at the visa stage.
Condition: Valid if Campus France interview verifies English fluency
Tests this mission accepts: IELTS · TOEFL · PTE · DUOLINGO · IELTS 6 overall, 5.5 per band
This is the mission's position at the visa stage. Whether a particular university accepts an MOI letter for admission is a separate decision, and no programme in our catalogue currently states one either way — ask the programme directly before you decide against booking a test.
